This painting by Louis Charles Springett (1853-1940) was re-printed in The Warm Land, The Story of a Valley and the People Who Live In It, written by Elizabeth Blanche Norcross and published in 1959. The inner caption reads:

"Swukos" (Mount Prevost), from an oil painting by Louis Charles Springett, about 1904. The property in the foreground, "Graylands", now the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. H. M. Shaw, was then "Willowbank", owned by James Norcross.
